    Swapping out phones with issues? My G2X rebooted itself twice so far today, and it also has some specks of dust under the screen. Will they swap it for me?

    Can almost guarantee they will. They replaced mine without any problems. Maybe it depends on the rep you talk to though

    Haha. Yeah. The guy tried to play dumb, and I told him pretty much every forum out there that has a G2X forum is littered with complaints about it. Its too bad they didn't have any in-stock, but I can wait a few days. (though, by the time it gets here the Sensation should be out just a few days later!)

    They did it through UPS, so I'm just going to send the new one back with a note that says 'this one is worse than the one it was supposed to replace'.

    If I went into a store and explained the issue, they would just give me a new one right there?

    Went through customer service, and they issued me another replacement that will be mailed through UPS. This one, however, is going to take a bit longer because apparently even the warranty replacements are backordered. (maybe a silent recall on LG's part?)

    Anyways, not sure yet when I'll get the new one, but at least it should be better than the one I just got.

    Warranty replacements are filled separately. Went through the same thing when I had an Evo.

    Interesting. Regardless, if the next one has issues, I'm going to ask them to just swap me into a Sensation. The rep I spoke with tonight asked me if I wanted to stay with the G2X or go to a different handset, which I thought was interesting. Who knows if it'll happen again, but there's no harm in asking.

    And the newest one has the worst bleeding yet. Also rebooted as it started to sync data.

    Wonder how good tmobiles customer care is going to be.
