tmobile looping screen problem :(

Hello, So I was using ROM Toolbox I think, which needs root and I was rooted. And I changed a font in there and restarted my phone. then I found another font I liked I picked that restarted my phone. And now my phone is stuck on tmobile 4g lte white screen just looping constantly. I up volumed, home button, power and selected factory reset. and the problem still persists, I want to return to tmobile, will they accept the phone now that it is factory reset? is root still on my tmobile T889 note 2? is there anyway to get out of this horrible screen? This problem is totally left field. two restarts of a perfectly functioning note 2 rooted now completely looped?
