Okay not rooted. Got 4.3 the other day with no problem but when I went to use my Dongle today and it's seen phone says connected, TV screen starts to display the connecting screen for a bit then phone gives me that mirroring is turned off.
Read of 2 possible fixes, either clearing cache or doing a factory reset. I'm not sure the best way to clear the right cache, have used mem apps but not sure if it's clearing the proper cache but running it did not fix the issue. If I do the fact reset what's the best way to save/backup contacts n data?
my other thought was if there might be a way of uninstalling/reinstalling just the screen mirroring app. Seems that be easier than wiping out everything
