Has anyone had a random Shut down due to overheating?

Hi. I'm new here and to smart phones. Just got my Galaxy S 4G last Saturday, used it a bit yesterday, and had it get warm, too. Funny but it got warm, vibrated once, then twice, then shut down completely. I called Samsung first, then T-Mobile, and had to do a hard reboot to get it to work correctly again. I may be replacing it if this occurs again. Only have 2 weeks to make any changes......

Anyone else have this occur??

Sounds like you have faulty device.... you are still in 30 days so i would go and change it .....
I have mine rooted and overclocked and it never went past 42 Fahrenheit ....
