    i recieved the new samsung galaxy 4g phone yesterday. before this phone i had a microsoft phone so whe i talked to tmoible they told me my data plan i originally had was not compatble with the new android phone..so they switched me the the compatble one. they told me it would take a few hours but its been more then 24 hours and i am still having problems connecting to the internet. my text messages are working but my internet is not. i have the 4g symbol at the top of the phone . someone people help

    If you are postpaid - call 611. Prepaid seem to be shunted overseas from what I've seen on other sites.
    My 4G bars vary around town. Doesn't bother me - even Edge is good enough just to look up one thing online. I use my own wifi 99% of the time anyway.
    I bought the phone for the screen and the speed it can read from the SD card. I don't game or bother with social sites.
