Home button clears all browser windows on Galaxy S2

When I'm in the internet & hit the home button to do something else real quick it closes all of my windows & goes to the default "Google" It's been doing this for days. The windows used to stay open in the background & when I would go back into the Internet they'd still be open. Anybody know what happened? Any help would be appreciated!!

Have you recently installed an OS update or less likely, root the phone and maybe flash a few performance mods? There may be something conflicting with the browser......or you may have simply messed with browser settings.

(Honestly, I'm not sure as I don't use TouchWiz ROMs anymore)
