wifi calling on international SGS3

Hello everybody.
I'm new to the forum, and although I've been looking around, I couldn't really find a lot of information about it.
I have a SGS3 European version (93000) and I use T-Mobile.
I am looking to use the wifi calling feature that Tmobile offers but don't know how to go about it.
My device if from H3G Italy and I didn't do anything to it.

Wi-Fi calling is only available on devices purchased from T-Mobile or that is manufactured for T-Mobile. As you bought a i9300 version from Europe it most likely does not have that feature on the phone. You know how carrier's slow the updates in America? Well Wi-Fi calling is one of those features T-Mobile inserts into the firmware before it is released to the users. People have tried asking T-Mobile and they don't really do anything for you. I remember someone giving the apk file for Wi-Fi calling months ago. I don't know if it installs completely, or if it even works. Try searching the T-Mobile S3 section.

That's what I've been looking for, but couldn't find it anywhere.
I'm aware that the function is built in the os, but I was wondering if there was an apk around to do the same thing.
I found it for another phone but it crashed on my S3
