Media won't run on android device (Galaxy S3 SHG-T999)

Hello, I have a problem with my phone. I recently flashed a ROM onto my phone and I didn't like it. So I reflashed the stock ROM and now the audio, microphone, and video won't work. I do have to say that on the custom ROM I installed had an audio mod called Mega Bass Beats. I tried wiping the cache and partition while in recovery, but that didnt work. I would like some help and I will give you any more details that you will need. Oh and I later on flashed cyanogenmod and that didn't get rid of the problem. I am sure that this isn't a hardware issue. Thank you and I apologize if I posted this thread in the wrong section.
