    I continuously get a notification that I have a new voicemail, but there's nothing there. I have no new emails and no saved emails.

    Anyone else have had this problem, or is having it? Any advice on how to fix it.

    I had the same issue and called T-Mobile. The Rep said that the voice mail server gets hung up and doesn't cycle thru as it should. So the icon stays on the phone. She walked me thru getting the icon to go away. It was very easy... sadly, I have honestly forgotten how to do it.

    All I remember is that you have to call vm and then hit one of the keys. It is totally simple and works everytime. Just call CS and they will walk you through it. Sorry I forgot!!

    Call Customer svc and have them reset your voicemail. OR go to visual voicemail and see if you have any new VMs.

    I THINK you hit the key that DELETES, but I could be wrong.
