I just figured this out today. It's very simple. Connect phone to PC with the USB cable.

When you connect the phone to the PC, The display says Choose a connection type. Tap the icon that says mount as disk drive.

On the PC, Open the file explorer and under Computer, click on Removable Disk F (On my PC it's drive F. Your PC may use a different letter depending on what other external devices are connected.

Navigate to the folder under Removable Disk named "Download".
Click on the folder to open it.
Select the PDF files on your PC and copy them to this folder.

Always unmount or eject drive before you disconnect the phone from the PC.

Look for the Removable Disk on the left side of the file explorer window on the PC.

Right Click on the drive and select Eject.

The File explorer window closes and a message appears that it is safe to remove the phone from the PC.

Open the Adobe Reader App on the phone and tap "PDF Files" The screen will refresh and a list of your PDF files should appear on the display.

Tap the PDF file you wish to open.

Easy enough, but I can't figure out how to retrieve the files I've saved.:(

Use a file manager, such as ES File Explorer, https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...com.estrongs.android.pop&hl=en&token=AzWaHtp8, or File Expert, https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...wxLDEsInhjeGluLmZpbGV4cGVydCJd&token=RZ9tFT55, and navigate to your download folder and open pdf file. Of course you must have a file handler which will open PDF files...if you don't have one you can use Adobe Reader, https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...e.reader&feature=search_result&token=buVf0mU0, or my favorite paid PDF app, ezPDF Reader,https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...ls?id=udk.android.reader&hl=en&token=1jxhjlEN ...good luck!
