Charging/Battery issues after S-OFF

It seems that after I ran revolutioinary, I cannot charge the battery when the phone is off. I also cannot power the phone on when plugged into a charger or PC. I also saw on the XDM forum that if your battery totally runs out, there is no way of charging it. This is a huge problem. Everything else seems to run fine.
