Where's the Sense 3.0 skin?

This will sound sorta bizarre, but where's the Sense 3.0 skin on the Sensation? Specifically, I'm talking about the transparent bar at the bottom of the screen that was present in ALL of the 3.0 previews, and in all of the marketing materials.

I'm not complaining, but I'm just curious where the semi transparent version of the skin is.

Perhaps it is something deep in the settings that can be activated?

It does look like a nice little touch. Maybe it was something they took out before finalization of the software.
