    I have not been able to open up the Amazon MP3 app for several weeks now, it just force closes after it attempts to open. When i go thru Shazam it will open up but it won't complete the downloads. Has anybody experienced this? Any suggestions as to how to fix?

    I just started experiencing this in the last couple of days but I have no idea how to fix it. I have emailed Amazon MP3 support.

    I had this problem on my droid two running stock froyo, I fixed it by clearing the data from the manage applications menu. From the home screen, bring up the launcher, click on settings, "Applications", "Manage Applications", click on the tab that says "All", click on the amazon app, and click on clear data.

    If you use the app, you will need to re enter your acct information.

    This worked for me, hope this helps
