Can someone explain the hidden links for the nexus s contest?

I spent a good 30 minutes trying to figure it out. Please explain so I can try again tomorrow

From what I understand, if you click on the phone every time it pops up in the video it will open a sub-video. In each sub-video there are hidden links as well (one was a man's face, one was a jacket, things like that). Those hidden links took you to a page that had one letter. After doing that 9 times you were supposed to get all the letters to spell out CREAMPUFF, they just needed to be unscrambled.

Jesus. Did anyone actually get that?

I was thinking it was either the beach's sand looked like Ginger or the German in the video related to the harder German gingerbread cookies and houses are made of.
