Nexus S, back button lighting broken?

It happened when I was in CM7, and CM7 nightlies... after that it wouldn't stop, even after 2.3.3


The Back button usually doesn't light up, it lights up randomly.

It works, but it is kind of annoying and pretty scary.

Anyone else know what this is? Anyone else have this? Anyone else know how to fix it?

Thanks for the reply, I have no Black Tie service from Best Buy.


I was a fool when I purchased this, then I unlocked it and said "To hell with it" I knew I could fix any software issues, but not the hardware.
