note 3 can't factory reset

Please help, anytime I try either soft or hard factory reset, my tmobile note 3 goes into recovery. And when it is off and I try to charge it goes into recovery please help

Well it is going into recovery mode, right? You mean this menu?

Use your volume key to scroll to reset and power key to select it. It will wipe everything that is on your phone when you do that.
