Hi,
I bought an unlocked SGH-m919 through an online store in dubai.
the phone worked fine for a few days,
i had upgraded to the latest android version (OTA) and installed a few Apps from Play Store.
now, the phone does not recognise any sim card.
i tried replacing the sim card and even did a hard reset of the phone.
i tried to claim the warrant from the seller.
he says i might have downloaded some Apps with virus.
showed me that the phone baseband and IMEI are now showing "Unknown"
Is there Any way to solve this Issue ?
