T-Mobile: Restocking fees?

I have the White Note 3 and want to get the Black ( Bought the phone last thursday ) and is there a restocking fee to do so?

Yes, There will always be a restock fee! Most companies tell you to send back JUST the phone.. so the restock fee is essentially, to rebox it, add a new charger, make sure it works, slap some plastic screen covers on it and pass it off as new/used lol

Depends if you bought online. As I said I talked with customer service and I was allowed to go to the store and swap.. No issue.

In my experience, even when I was on Verizon, attitude was everything. If you call and are nice, chances are Tmo may waive the fee. That's not a guarantee, but doesn't hurt to try.
