I suspect this is a tmobile issue as someone I work with has the same issue. Sometimes someone will call me and the person calling will hear it ringing but my phone will not ring. If they leave a voicemail though I will get the notification. This happens pretty infrequent so its not a big deal and if they leave a message I will see it.
