How long does it take for them to get my returned phone in their system?

Re: Seriously t-mobile...

Yes but those EIP plans are still there which is around $1,300 let me see if I can get a pic

Yes I understand that there should be 1300 dollars for the 2 notes 4's.
However, once T-Mobile receives them. You won't be on the hook for them.

If not I would wait until both phones are received. Then call customer care up and verify and confirm that the phones were received. There should be some kind of ticket number to confirm that T-Mobile has received them if not 2 because of the separate tracking numbers. Once that is a go? Goto Verizon and port over your number.

I am already with Verizon and they have received the phones based on the tracking numbers and I have called them 5 times getting ran through 20 departments ( some were ones I was already at) to "help" me. I had a chat talk with somebody and said it should be done by Wednesday after another rep said Monday and I have a feeling I'll be talking to them again on Wednesday

How does t-mobile keep people seriously?

I really want to headbutt my wall or knock somebody out now.... This has been going on for a month with no resolutions and none in the foreseeable future..... Bunch of liars and crooks making me wait for another bill which I have even yet used anything of this month

How many TMO complaint threads do you plan to start? Just kind of wondering what we can look forward to...

Seems like someone is butthurt lmoa. Just stop posting about your bad experiences here because from what I've seen everyone is getting sort of tired of it and we're no help so just stop Felicia.

Re: How does t-mobile keep people seriously?

Continuing to post new threads all on roughly the same subject could get you dinged for spamming. Everyone knows you hate T-Mobile. Creating all these threads isn't turning people against them, it's turning people against you.

You have a legitimate grievance that people should hear about. Don't cheapen your message by becoming a troll.

Re: How does t-mobile keep people seriously?

Id look into the mirror.
I have 2 lines with them on a small business account for almost 2 years now. I am very happy with them.
Maybe its the way your treating them on the phone or in person, just maybe.
Im not sure what other threads you have posted BUT judging from this one it appears the issue is you. I say that only because you have given the fellow AC members no indication what has transpired or allowed us to help. To me it looks like a rant.

So follow up with info and we can try to help you or let a moderator come in and close the thread down.
