Wiped the OS from my SGH-T999

I wiped the OS from my Sgh-T999 and can't figure out how to get it back on as I am using a mac book "13 (late 2009) running osx sierra.
Can't figure out how to get windows installed on my Mac book so I've been trying to figure out how to get the OS system back on my Sgh-T999 without having to pay someone to do it for me

5 year old phone ... consider just getting a new one would be my first thought, but otherwise, flashing a factory image for your device should be doable from mac or windows as long as you can get KIES or whatever they were using back then.
