Maybe this link will help: http://forums.androidcentral.com/t-g...tions-mgr.html

    or: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...UE&pli=1#gid=0

As far as AT&T Exclusive.... I disabled everything but at&t software update. Goto: Your Play Store, then "My Apps", then "all", anything there that says at&t that has the option to uninstall updates, are indeed freezable.

I noticed, "a noticeable" performance difference....wouldn't classify it as significant. I'm kind of OCD about having stuff running that I don't use, I would have froze them, even if it wasn't a performance issue. :-D

I used the app manager and turned off a lot of apps. I get about 15 hours of average to heavy use. Here is my list, had to do two screenshot to get them all. Freezable apps-uploadfromtaptalk1393635876113.jpgFreezable apps-uploadfromtaptalk1393635892493.jpg

Over at XDA-Devlopers there is this link Applications Safe to Remove - xda-developers and they have an active Google Docs spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...sharing#gid=16 you can view to offer guidance.
