    Hi everyone,

    I just came across this site, and I was wondering if someone might be able to help me out with a little problem I'm having. I just got a brand new Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N9005), and it's supposed to be both carrier and region unlocked right out of the box. Well, I took my SIM card out of my old phone (Galaxy S2) -- a mini SIM that I cut to micro size so it would fit -- and it works just fine for sending and receiving both calls and text messages. However, I don't seem to be able to connect to mobile data at all. No LTE, no 4G, no 3G....nothing. However, it will connect to my local WiFi network, no problem, and everything else seems to work beautifully.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You just need to input your apn for the network you are on and then you will get data and be able to send me messages.

    Hey, it works! Thanks, kentuc794!

    I have another question, though: Will these settings work with LTE? I seem to only be getting HSPA+ right now.

    This worked for me also.... Spent 30 minutes on phone with 1st att tech... nothing

    Then went to the store and worked with 2 more reps... nothing

    Then called another att tech rep and worked for about 70 minutes nothing....

    THIS IS IT! Thanks...
