Bluetooth not working AT&T Note 3 after NB4 update

I have a rooted att note 3. Recently I updated to the official nb4 update and used the super su OTA survival mode and the root is intact. But I cannot turn on the bluetooth now. Anybody else facing this problem?

I came across your post as I just updated to the 4.3 "stability update" (can't they just call it 4.3.01, or something?!) on my T-Mobile GS3. Before the update, Bluetooth pairing worked beautifully. Now, it cannot see my A2DP speakers.

Did you find a fix or culprit for your issue?
