Dont do the update... alot of people have had so many problems.. mine was only and still is the battery drainer. Just wait untill 4.4.3 comes out. I guess It has came out for the nexus 5 today.

I love 4.4. It has greatly improved my battery life (which is hard to believe). Everything else works as well if not better than before. Yes there are a few complaining about issues on KK. Mine has been a very positive one. Enjoy your new phone!

Not sure, I have a Verizon Note3 and KitKat hasn't been released for the N900V yet, but from reading the forums KitKat is good for some and not so good for others who have downloaded it.

Updated and my battery level is at 79% at 12:23 pm. So far I think my battery life is going to be ok..With my note 2 with everything running and on JB it would be down 50%. This was with moderate to heavy usage.
