My screen is normally at bout 15% indoors. In a well-lighted room, it runs to 25-30%. To get it up to 60% I have to shine a desk lamp right on the phone. (I'm using
Velis Auto Brightness with the default settings.) I'm constantly turning the screen on and running things to see what someone is referring to when I answer questions on forums. (I'm retired, so that's what occupies a lot of my day) and I usually get at least a whole 24 hours between charges [and I usually charge before I drop below 40% charge].) Screen
time may be high, but 15% brightness doesn't kill as much battery charge. (When I'm out in the sunlight, running the screen at 100%, the battery drops pretty fast.)
