Earpiece problem with jack working

My earpiece stop working since I replaced screen in my note 3. I have to use headphones or speaker to make calls. Do you have any idea what might be the cause of earpiece malfunction since earpiece is connected to earpiece somehow. Is it earpiece itself or something else?

When you say, "removed screen", do you mean the screen was replaced with a new one? If that's what you mean, then double check that all the connections are properly set and not loose. Also, if there was anything damaged as a result of the screen replacement then that could explain the earpiece not working.

And make sure that the cable isn't being pinched between two parts. That can short the cable and produce no sound in the earpiece.
