lock screen problems

Recently I'm have a problem when hit power button my screen dont lock I used pattern then switch to pin lock no difference. ..anyone had this problem

Did you make sure the box is checked under lock screen settings to lock when power key is pressed?

Oh OK. Didn't realize that was one of those things different between carriers. My T-Mobile one has a separate setting for it. Hopefully someone else can help you.

What about lock automatically? Do you have that option? Mine was at 2 minutes by default I think, I can't remember

How's it going I need help I bought my galaxy's note three a week ago from a web site as an unlocked phone its never been used befor till me well as far as I know anyways but I am trying to change my lock screen pic and there is no option to do so at all there's an option to change my home screen pic but that's all help me what can I do?
