Anyone know if its possible to change the settings ui (look) at all? I'd really like the settings ui look of stock Lollipop, like Nexus devices have.

I can't stand TW settings ui for some reason, it's just ugly.

I thought I could change that by using a different launcher (currently using Nova), but I can't figure it out for some reason.

Nova Launcher or any other launcher just changes the Home screen and App Drawer look of the mobile and helps us to make many customizations in them to suit our needs.

Settings UI can't be changed without modifying system files as what I know

Ah ok so I'd have to root and custom rom to change settings ui? A far as I can tell from some reading, rooting AT&T Samsung devices are very hard though. Dang.
