Does AT&T do price matching for the S4?

VERY doubtful. I tried that with the S3 and they said basically "Sorry, nope".

If your looking for a good deal order from walmart or wait a few months for a price drop. At&t does not price match.

How can they price match when nobody even has the phones yet? You have a better chance of hitting the lottery twice in one week.

Not exactly sure. The only price matching i have done are with in store prices. Possibly not aside from amazon for some reason. Read their policy

I was considering a Note 2 before buying my refurb S3. AT&T wouldn't match. I would have purchased a Note 2 from another vendor, but I would lose my unlimited data plan and phone plan (Premier) that I have grandfathered in. The phone would have been cheaper, but the service (data and calling) would have cost me more.

Yes. If you price match it obviously for a cheaper price
