Incoming caller ID just displaying numbers - no names

Even though my contacts are listed by name, when someone on the list calls, only the number is displayed. Unfortunately because of this, even with my phone paired to my car's bluetooth, I can no longer say "call 'name'" because it isn't recognizing the names.

Has anyone had this problem? If so, what did you do about it? Should I just call the store (AT&T) and ask them what to do or call and ask for a replacement (I just bought it three days ago).?

I had the the same problem. Fixed it by adding +1 to all my numbers,now names show . The +1 is country code for north America

I'll try that and see what happens -- thanks for your reply!! I never had this problem with my old Droid X, but for some reason it's happening on my S4.
