ATT Visual Voicemail problem

[JohnMP#AC]

Get error below when trying to set up ATT Visual Voice mail.

Error;
"An account verification has not been received yet"

Any ideas how to solve I have installed/uninstalled vm app many times with restart in between.

Need to call AT&T .. its a feature thats not listed they have to turn on for you.

I received same error.. called and everything is working.

But called many times and they could not fix.
Found out had to uninstall ATT messages app updates
