How do I prevent the icons on my screen being moved or deleted?

My boys play with my phone everyday and they either move the icons around or delete them.
I am running att official build (latest)

Are they young kids? Do you control when they can have your phone (i.e., do they ask you and then you give it to them), or do they just find it and play with it? If you control it, then consider installing an app launcher like Kids Place. You can then control what apps they can use, and they can't change anything or exit out of the launcher unless they know your PIN. You can turn the launcher on right before you give the phone to them, then exit out when you get it back.
