App to schedule when lock screen uses password vs swipe

Does something like this exist? I hate lock screen passwords so I only want it active for when I'll be around whatever next nosy gf i get. So for example between 8:30 to 5 while I'm at work the phone automatically switches from password to swipe when i don't need it. I have an ATT S4 forgive me if I posted in wrong category. Thanks.

I know Tasker could do this, BUT since this has to do with enabling/disabling lockscreen security, I'm not sure if you'd need root to achieve this. I know the Moto X has a similar (and cool) feature using NFC tags.

I have a program called unlock with wifi, its not time based, but rather connection to selected wifi networks set aside the lock screen. I can be unlocked at home, but locked away from home and at the office.
