4.3 upgrade, getting double SMS notifications

Upgraded my s4 to 4.3 today and now get double notifications for SMS messages. Went to the settings and changed the notification sound and I get the default notification and then the one I selected in the SMS app.

Anyone else getting this?
Any idea what could be causing this.

I had the same issue. The only way I get a single notification is to only have one sydtem active. AT&T changed something a few days ago to cause this issue to surface. I had to disable the message system from stock AT&T system to fix the problem.

Hi,
I'm getting double notifications every time I receive a text message. I'm using my Galaxy Note 3 and I have Android 4.3. My default message tone is the Dew Drops tone and I hear it once and then once again immediately after I receive a text. I have no SMS messaging apps, just the stock messaging system. I've tried a combination of settings but nothing seems to work. The only thing I can think of is a factory reset but that would be annoying.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
