Installing ROMs on Galaxy S4 I337

Hey guys, I'm new here and I've tried a lot of things to try and install a ROM (AICP ROM to be exact) but I came up with nothing. Anyone mind helping me out here?

OK so are you rooted? And if so good that's the first step one huge thing you must understand since mk2 there is no way to unlock the boot loader!!! DO NOT FLASH ANY CUSTOM RECOVERY OTHER THAN SAFE STRAP YOU CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD ANY AOSP NO GOOGLE PLAY NO CYANOGEN NO PARINOID ANDROID DO I MAKE MY SELF CLEAR?? YOU CAN ONLY INSTALL SAMSUNG KERNELS SO YOUR STOCK WITH TOUCHWIZ IF YOU ABSOLUTELY HATE TOUCHWIZ WITHP THE LOCKED BOOT LOADERS GET A NEW PHONE!!!
