Got my extended battery to my Infuse, but...

All:
I just received and am trying out my new extended battery to my Samsung Infuse 4g. So far so good; except, for one thing. Now the extended battery does not allow my Samsung Infuse 4g to fit into the Otterbox protector made for it.
Any ideas about what to do in this matter? Either a smaller extended battery or a bigger Otterbox-like protector out there?

Hi- do a search on "extended battery" and you'll find about 7-10 pages on the subject (srry, I'd provide the link but am mobile right now and can't ).

Basically, the last few entries, people talk about a DIY mod made to an existing case to fit. There doesn't appear to be a case solution currently. I have the battery and have just decided to do without for now. Good luck.

I have decided not to keep my extended battery after all. It's slick backing is fine; but, I would rather have my Otterbox Defender and a smaller battery any day. If anyone wants the extended battery and slick back; it's for sale at eBay -- eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices
