HSPA+ 21 or HSPA+ 42/DC-HSDPA, and speed?

I cannot find this information as of yet, but does anyone know if AT&T's HSPA+ network is of the 21 or the 42 type? (Also, those with HSPA+ and not LTE, what speeds are you getting?)

Here is a speed test from Vermont with hspa+! I don't need lte.

To answer the first part of your question, ATT's HSPA+ is 21mpbs peak, the only carrier in the US with the DC-HSPA+ 42 variant is T-Mobile.
