Can anyone shed any light on At&ts upgrade policy?

You can upgrade within 30 days of your actual upgrading date.. that's pretty much it.

1 month before your contract is up... But you can pay extra and get a new phone before that.

But you're better off buying a phone from craigslist or ebay and saving your upgrade. Even though the phones can be around $500 or so

after 20 months you are ready to upgrade, if you are on an unlimited talk plan you can upgrade after 1 year. if you choose to upgrade before that time you will pay more for the device but not the full price.

If your on a family plan you can upgrade the primary phone at 12 months, and they have always let me do the other ones at 18 months..

It really all depends on how much you pay a month. What is your minute plan?

I can get one every 18 months. I guess it has something to do with how long you've been with AT&T and what your total amount per month your bill is.

All I know is I am eligible at the end of May. That's can't get here soon enough.
