att update a couple weeks ago really messed up my phone. many things wrong. why?

wont let me load website from email, any link or from alert board. web app don't link with web. and a whole bunch more issues.

I'm having a similar problem. I updated my phone today (Samsung Galaxy S4 from AT&T) and it has disabled my mobile data. I no longer have AT&T. I know have Straight Talk. Can you please explain how to turn back on my mobile data?
