The numberdync between my S9+ and my Samsung Gear S3 now only works when I don't have either Bluetooth or WiFi connectivity and carrier is set to auto on the watch. If I leave AT&T on all the time it work always.
My recollection is that on my old BlackBerry PRIV the AT&T Service would turn on automatically when a call came in. I don't think I left AT&T on all the time on the watch as it drains the battery fast .
Any other experience about this? Note the PRIV was running Android 6 and the Galaxy S9+ runs Android 8.
