AT&T Military Discount Plan

My wife is on AT&T and has a family plan with 4 lines (3 phones and a tablet). She is currently on a slightly older plan, and I am seeing if I can reduce the costs a little bit. I see that AT&T offers a military discount on their unlimited plans but I am seeking clarification on the way it actually works.

Their site states: 25% off each Unlimited &More℠ wireless line

So is this off the $35 line access charge or is this off the $100 plan itself. I am guessing it is off the line access charge since it says each line but am not sure.

Can anyone help with this?

Unlimited &More is $160 for 4 lines. The discount, 25%, is $49, making it $120. (The $35/line is for the Mobile Share Plus plan. The only $100 plan is 2 lines on the Mobile Share Plus 9GB plan.) See AT&T's page.

Or it's easy enough to walk into an AT&T store and ask.
