Disgo Tablet

Can someone please help with some advice. I have a disgo tablet and I think a virus got in on it as if the power went completely it would not let me turn it back on. I would have to hold both the power and top volume button together and then select reset factory settings. I had to do this on several occasions as the power would run out completely on me. It has now got to the stage when the tablet is telling me my memory is full even though there are no photos or music etc on it as it has been reset to factory settings. I only use the table for the kindle app but now there is not enough memory to put this app on. I think there are a lot of ghost files or hidden files on the tablet but when I tried to install a clean master app, there is not enough memory to install it. Any advice please. :'

When you do the top volume and power, click clear cache partition. See if that gets you enough memory to install the app you need.
