Tag heuer connected froze my screen, how can I get it working again?

Tag heuer connected freeze screen

Im new on my heuer connected phone, and my screen freeze, what should I do to be normal again

This happens to me once or twice a week. Hold the side crown button down for about 10 seconds and the watch will restart. 1-5 times it will re-install the apps, the other times it just restarts right away.
