So frustrated with Tag. Sent my first edition Connected 46 in for repair as it wasn't powering up. Within a very short space of time received an email back saying I needed to spend £600 on a replacement recon head.
There were some upgrade options but these were all in excess of £1,100.
Effectively watch has cost be £10 / week since I've owned it and now I have nothing.
For a quality brand this is shocking. As a technology leader I fully understand tech moves on - but if Tag want to offer connected customer options, they should consider how they treat their customers.
Rant over - but if anyone can point me in the direction of other options that woudl be appreciated.
