“App Updates is running” warning happening very often

This week I upgraded to Android 7.0 and since then, everytime I turn on mobile data and enter/exit an app, this notification appears https://i.imgur.com/3KRxbpSl.png

I unchecked all types of notification in Google Play Store, but nothing happens. Is someone experiencing this as well and maybe know a fix? The device it's LG G5

Welcome to Android Central! That doesn't look like it's related to Google Play Store -- if it were, you'd see the Play Store icon, not the bugdroid icon. It may be LG's own update service -- perhaps it's trying to install updates to some of the preinstalled LG apps. Does it ever seem to make any progress? If not, then long-press that notification and tap App Info to find out the exact app that's responsible. Then go to Settings>Apps and look for that app, then select it, tap Storage, and Clear Cache. Now see if the problem persists.
