My unlocked Note 20 with AT&T just completed the update. Very fast for a monthly patch update, and the 5th update in less than a month. Granted, it arrived on an old patch, did 3 updates in a day to get to July, waited a few days to get me to August, then did September, today. Then the Play Store starts screaming I have 23 updates pending there. That's one thing I've done a lot of updates in, especially. Probably close to 300 app updates. Not joking.
