I had to hard reset my sons SGH-S730G And when it rebooted it gets pass the set time and then it just says setup wizard has stopped! Please help me! It was my 1st phone. Now it's his!!!!

Have you tried re-resetting the phone? Maybe it did a bad flash the first time around? Another option (not sure it'll work without the phone being already set up) is to boot up into Safe Mode and try there.
