Recently, my Galaxy S4 has begun to reach it's maximum storage capacity. I have to continuously clear the cache to get rid of the "low storage space available" warning. I went to clear my cache just now, and it said I had 1.43 tb of apps? Is this an error or something? I have about 5 gb of music and maybe a couple gb of other apps, but that's it.

Welcome to Android Central! Now that would be something! Although at the rate things are going, we'll have a terabyte of storage on our phones within two or three years, it seems.

Something is clearly messed up in the way the system is reporting the storage. Try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744
