$1.44 case is really nice

I took a chance and ordered the $1.44 case (Black Rubberized Hard Plastic Case For Samsung Epic 4G Touch) from Amazon. It costs $2.99 to ship, but was well worth it.

The fit is great. It is very thin and light. It also doesn't impede it going in and out of your pocket like silicon cases do.

I had one similar to this for my Evo 3D, it was nice but I'm more of a fan of the top & bottom half cases rather than front & back half cases. I find the top & bottom half cases, like the Seidio Surface cases, easier to remove if need be.

Yeah, I'd like to know that too. I ordered a TPU case because I heard they were good about handling dust, and those were quite cheap as well (though not as a cheap as this case).

I had one of these type of cases on my iPhone and it does the same thing--dust does tend to gather where the case meets the screen. Not a big deal to me as it is easy to clean and doesn't really bother me.

True--I thought it would hold me over until I found a better case is what I should have said. I don't plan on getting another case though now.

Thank you so much! I went to 3 BestBuys, a Sprint store (their cases were fugly), Fry's Electronics and WalMart last night and couldn't find ANYTHING! I'll be getting this to hold me over, so thank you very much! Now if I could only find a Golla wallet that I had for my original EVO 4G that had slots in it for multiple credit cards I'd be a happy camper. Had to stop using it, cause it wouldn't fit my 3d and have missed it ever since. :-(

Mine came in today. Not bad, especially for the price. It is a little slick and the bottom doesn't go all the way together but I think I can blame that on my strip of invisible shield I put on the bottom. I'm going to sand the inside down a little to see if it helps. Man the really get you on shipping though. Almost 4 dollars in all but still cheap as dirt and decent enough to get the job done. WilMoGen it isn't too bad to take apart. It stays together well enough that it won't come apart on its own but takes a little bit of pulling to get it apart. They put a slot on it between the two halves just for getting your fingers in there.
